My name is Simon and I live in Stratford upon Avon. 

I changed career six years ago after sadly losing my parents, who were  only in their early sixties. My mother was a dedicated and well-loved nurse for over forty years and in my late teens and early twenties, I had the pleasure of working with her while she was the Matron of a successful and popular nursing home in Meriden in  the West Midlands. I gained lots of valuable life and practical experience there before my career took a different path until 5 years ago, when I joined Helping Hands in Stratford upon Avon. The training I received was first class and has been maintained throughout my career with them. I have received many accolades with the company and I have gone above and beyond with all of my clients and as a result, I have a wealth of fantastic references.

I am totally people-centred and focused and I believe in personalised care for everyone that I help or look after. We are all very different after all!

When I have met other carers in the past, I have always thought to myself "would I want you looking after my mum, dad, or other loved one?” The answer sadly is not always “yes". This is where I believe I am different. I am very kind-natured, caring and passionate about what I do and most importantly, it will be me providing that service personally. It won’t be anybody else!
